Eligibility for Admission

Admission Offer

• - Admission offers will be made based on the assessment conducted during the selection process.
• - The offer will be based on the information provided by the candidate in their application and during the interview.
• - Candidates must submit original documents related to their educational qualifications and employment experience (if any) on the date of joining.
• - Failure to provide the required documentary evidence may result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
• - Any candidate found to have provided falsified data or documents will be dismissed from the program, and the fees paid will be forfeited.

Fee Structure for PGDM Batch 2026-28

• • The admission will be finalized only after the successful completion of the admission process.
• • A letter of selection will be issued to the candidate upon final selection
• • Admission will be confirmed after the submission of the admission fee along with the registration fee, as mentioned in the admission offer letter.
• • The fee refund policy will follow the guidelines set by AICTE

Below is the fee structure for the PGDM:-

The Institute provides a Laptop, Book bank and Study material, Corporate suit, 2 Industrial visits per trimester i.e. a total of 12 Industrial visits, Certification courses, an International tour, a Domestic tour, and an Adventure tour as part of the fee structure.

Programme Intake:-240           Session Commencement:-July 2026

• If a student withdraws after the start of the course & the seat vacated by the student is filled by the institution, part of the fees will be refunded as per Management Rules. However, in case the seat remains vacant & is not filled by the last date of admission, the student shall not be entitled to get any refund from the institution & shall be obliged to pay the full fee for the entire tenure of the course. The Refund Policy is as per the norms of AICTE.

Prospectus & Application Form are available

• From IBI, Greater Noida on payment of Rs. 1100 /- in cash.
• By post, against a demand draft of Rs. 1100 /- drawn in favour of "I Business Institute" and payable at Greater Noida.
• By online, forms can be filled by visiting our website by paying Rs. 1100/- through net banking or by debit/credit card.

Fee payment Options

• The payment can be made through a demand draft drawn in favour of "I Business Institute" payable at Greater Noida.
• The payment can also be done online through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS.
• The Institute follows AICTE Refund policy in case of withdrawal of admission.
• All disputes/claims of any kind are subject to the jurisdiction of Greater Noida courts only.

In case a fee is deposited through net banking, the student will have to provide Transaction ID/UTR no. to issue the fee receipt.

Scholarships For PGDM Batch 2026-2028

Maximum scholarship of up to INR 1,50,000 will be given to the candidates on first cum firstserve basis. The categories of scholarships are mentioned below:

Category I: Scholarship on the basis of qualifying exam:

The candidates should fall under the merit category on the basis of their percentile in CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT. Also, the candidate should fulfill the criteria of having secured an overall 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Category II: Scholarship on the basis of Academic Background:

The candidates having 60% and above in B.Tech/B.E degree and have also secured 70% & above in 10th & 12th will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000.

Category III: Scholarship for candidates with Work Experience:

The candidates with at least 1 year of work experience and a minimum annual salary CTC of INR 3.2 LPA will receive a scholarship of INR 40,000. Candidates with a CTC of INR 5 LPA or higher will receive a scholarship of INR 50,000. *No BPO Companies.

Category IV: Single Mother:

The candidates, who are being raised by a Single Mother, will be awarded a scholarship of INR 50,000 provided the candidates should have secured 60% & above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Category V: Meritorious Student:

A candidate who has achieved over 80% in their 10th, 12th, and graduation, as well as scored 85% percentile or higher in CAT/XAT, GMAT score of >650, and possesses 2 years of work experience with a 4LPA package, will be eligible for a 50% scholarship. * The Final scholarship will be awarded based on the candidate's performance in the selection process.

Guidelines:

• If any student is eligible for more than one category of scholarship the maximum scholarship can go up to INR 1,50,000.
• The scholarship is available for limited seats only in each category on first-cum-first-serve basis. The decision of awarding the scholarship depends on the Institute Scholarship Committee. The maximum of INR 20,00,000 can be given as a scholarship to a batch.

Note: Only three scholarships up to INR 1,50,000 can be combined.
