Catalyst 2026: One-Day Outbound Leadership Experience Successfully Conducted

I Business Institute (IBI) successfully organized the One-Day Outbound Leadership Experience – Catalyst 2026 on 1 August 2026 at Elevate Adventure Park, Gurugram, as a key milestone of its 50-Day Orientation Programme for the PGDM Batch 2026–28. The event offered students an engaging platform to develop essential leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through a series of adventure-based and experiential learning activities. By participating in collaborative challenges and team-building exercises, students strengthened their confidence, resilience, and decision-making abilities while creating lasting bonds with their peers.
