I Business Institute provides an opportunity to all the students to explore the National Capital – Delhi. It is a part of the 40 Day Unique Orientation Programme @IBI.

Delhi, the capital of India, is a cosmopolitan city that has a blend of Culture, Art, and Modern Architecture. A day visit to the capital is organized to explore the beautiful city. This also allows the students to know about the city, have fun, interact with each other and know their classmates better and create a team spirit.

IBI being one of the Best B-schools in India wants to prepare its students in every way possible. Whether it is Domestic exposure or international exposure backed by a lot of Cultural and Academic Events.

Places in Delhi Visit

Chhatarpur Temple

The Delhi tour starts with visiting Chhatarpur Temple, it is India’s second-largest temple in Delhi, and is dedicated to Goddess Katyayani. It is located in the Mehrauli area in South Delhi with beautiful surroundings. The stunning architecture of the Chhatarpur Temple is marked by a fabulous use of marble and intricately-carved Jaali design.

Qutub Minar

Then students proceeds towards the Qutub Minar, which is also known as the "Victory Tower". It lies at the site of Delhi’s oldest fortified city, Lal Kot, founded by the Tomar Rajputs. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mehrauli area of South Delhi, India. Their students know about the history of India and enjoy it with their classmates.

Red Fort

To know about the history of India students move towards The Red Fort also known as Lal Qila, which is a historic fort in Old Delhi that served as the main residence of the Mughal Emperors. Emperor Shah Jahan commissioned the construction of the Red Fort on 12 May 1638, when he decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.

Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib

To know about the different & unique cultures of India, Students proceeds for Darshan at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, it is one of the most prominent Sikh gurdwara house of worship, in Delhi and is known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan, as well as the holy pond inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar." After visiting the gurudwara students have a Langar also known as Parasadha with admiration.

Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple

Last but not least students visit the beautiful Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple in New Delhi. The mandir is a humble tribute to Bhagwan Swaminarayan, the Avatars, Devas, and Great Sages of Hinduism. Their students have the extraordinary experience of the musical fountain show is held in the evening and showcases the interdependency between God, nature, and man.
