Faculty Interaction Strengthens Learning Experience at Catalyst 2026

Day 4 of Catalyst 2026 – The 50-Day Orientation Programme witnessed an engaging Faculty Interaction Session, where the PGDM Batch 2026–28 connected with I Business Institute's experienced faculty members to gain valuable academic guidance and industry-oriented perspectives.
The interactive sessions introduced students to IBI's learning philosophy, curriculum, pedagogy, and the expectations of a rigorous management programme. Faculty members encouraged students to embrace curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning as essential qualities for future business leaders.
Through open discussions and interactive conversations, students received clarity on academic excellence, career planning, industry exposure, and personal development. The session also helped build confidence, strengthen faculty-student relationships, and create an environment of collaborative learning from the very beginning of their PGDM journey.
As Catalyst 2026 progresses, every activity continues to prepare students with the mindset, knowledge, and leadership skills required to excel in the corporate world.
