Developing growth mindset is a continuous process which requires persistence, optimism and channelized efforts:
A growth mindset can be confusing and sometimes phobic or panic-inducing for an individual because it demands to take risks, it asks a person to take a route that is unusual, uncommon, or doesn’t match the rulebook or set of defined regulations. There is a fear factor involved that things can go wrong and not according to plan but if moving on a distinct path or route can help you grow and develop then obviously it is worth it.
