CAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria: All You Need to Know

CAT stands for Common Admission Test (CAT) and is the mandatory entrance exam for entry and admission to Post Graduate level Management Courses in all the IIMs, FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, MDI Gurgaon, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, NITIE Mumbai and hundreds of other top B-schools in India. It is conducted annually in November each year.

In the CAT exam, there are 66-68 questions on Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Reading Comprehension to be completed in 120 minutes.

Qualification Criteria

• CAT authorities have declared to completely remove the minimum percentage criteria for the upcoming CAT exam (for candidates who complete their bachelor’s degrees in 2025.
• Candidates having backlogs in their graduation are also eligible to apply for CAT 2025 without any problem.

Work Experience

• Having prior working experience before applying for CATEXAM 2025 is NOT MANDATORY.
• However, candidates having working experience have an advantage over fresher candidates while getting evaluated by top tier institutes

Age Criteria
