Management education is a continuous process of knowing the unknown. We at
IBI strive
to make a difference in inculcating right attitude, instilling right values into
the minds of budding managers.
IBI aims at creating professional to manage the economy
under transformation. We train young people who can lead and foster creativity and
innovation, in a technologically dynamic environment.
The only thing which is constant in this work is- Change. Change in business environment
across the globe is volatile and erratic. Managing change has become the core of
business. It is in this context, efficient manager with right knowledge and skills
are in great demand. Hence competence and behavioral issues assume great importance.
